Tickets
Tickets for Knights events are sold through Sutton Hall's box office. Your ticket is valid for the named event and date only. Please check age guidance before booking — 18+ events are strictly 18+.
Refunds and cancellations
If we cancel an event, you'll be offered a full refund or a transfer to another date — your choice. If we significantly change an event (date, venue or headline act), the same applies.
If you can no longer attend, contact us as early as you can. We can't always refund a change of plans, but where there's a waiting list we'll do our best to resell your ticket and refund you.
Children's sessions
Holiday camp bookings can be cancelled with a full refund up to 14 days before the camp starts. After that, we'll refund whatever we can re-fill from the waiting list. Club sessions are billed by half term.
The obvious bits
We reserve the right to refuse entry where necessary for the safety or enjoyment of others. Recordings and photography at events may take place for Knights publicity — children are only ever photographed with written parental consent.
