About Knights

What is Knights?

Knights is an independent events organisation based in Mumbles. We create theatre, comedy, workshops, children's drama and community events — working in partnership with local venues rather than owning them. Drama Knights, our children's drama programme, is part of the Knights family.

Tickets and events

How do I book tickets?

Ticketed events are booked through Sutton Hall's box office — the Book Tickets button on each event takes you straight there. Free events don't need a ticket unless the event page says otherwise: just turn up.

What happens if an event is cancelled?

If we cancel or significantly change an event, you'll be offered a full refund or a transfer to another date. See our refund and cancellation policy for the details.

What does the age guidance on events mean?

Every event lists its age guidance. Comedy nights are strictly 18+. Family events are open to everyone. Children's activities list the age range they're designed for — if your child is just outside it, get in touch and we'll advise honestly.

Drama Knights

How does my child join Drama Knights?

After-school club places are limited, so new families join the waiting list and we get in touch as places open up. Holiday camps are open booking — anyone can book while places last.

Does my child need any drama experience?

None at all. Drama Knights is built for beginners as much as born performers. Sessions are structured so quieter children can join in at their own pace — nobody is ever forced into the spotlight.

What are your safeguarding arrangements?

All Drama Knights staff hold enhanced DBS checks, and we run clear safeguarding, collection and first-aid procedures at every children's session. Our full safeguarding policy is available on this site, and questions about it are always welcome.

Venues and access

Where do Knights events happen?

Most of our events take place at Sutton Community Hall in Mumbles, with others in schools, parks and partner venues around Swansea. Every event page tells you exactly where it's happening and how to get in.

Are your events accessible?

We aim for every event to be as accessible as possible — step-free venues, accessible toilets and reserved seating where needed. Each event page lists its specific access information. If you need something that isn't listed, email us and we'll do our best to make it work.

Can I hire Sutton Community Hall through Knights?

Venue hire is handled by Sutton Community Hall directly, not by Knights — visit the Sutton Hall website for availability and bookings. We're the events company; they're the venue.
